He was able to answer all my questions. I was able to buy my dream house thanks to him. The house I bought, I saw it on a Sunday evening . The bid was closing Monday by 10am. It was so important and urgent to make an offer that Sunday evening. I called Rob on Sunday around 7pm asking him for a pre-approval letter with the current date, and in 5-10 minutes he got it for me.
