My overall experience with Tracie in processing was not a good one. Multiple times documents were sent that she requested over and over again that she already had. This became extremely frustrating as my family was displaced with no or very little access to printers and other ways to scan and resend documents back to her. For that reason alone I cannot give a 100% satisfactory on this transaction.
