Rob was always very quick to respond to calls or texts. In fact the only time he missed my phone call, he had texted me to let me know he would call me back before I had a chance to leave a voicemail. We struggled to find a house for several months, and Rob was consistently patient and helpful throughout the process.

I had the pleasure of working with Robert Glasser in the purchase of my first home. Rob had been working with me for 2 years helping me to get all my paperwork straight so that I could buy a home. He was really patient throughout the entire two-year journey and explained difficult concepts in a way that was easy to understand. He would answer my calls or texts in a very timely manner and was always available to talk whenever needed. Not only that, he recommended an incredible real estate agent and tax professional which helped the process go so much more smoothly. He was always looking out for me every step of the way and anything I needed, he either had a referral or would help me directly. Rob was an incredible support throughout the very stressful process of buying a home and I do not think that things would have gone as well as they did had it not been for Rob. Overall, my experience with him is one that I am extremely grateful for.
