The only thing that made our experience great was Rob Glasser, everything else was difficult to navigate and unclear but thanks to Rob, we felt so secure throughout the process.

Rob was great in the purchase of our primary home. He was responsive and offered great options for us. Due to us having an existing home that we’re keeping as a rental while purchasing another home to use as our now primary, the transaction was not as simple as previous purchases.
